Hi, I'm Alice
Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine doctor.
Alice is a superstar Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine doctor and shiatsu practitioner.
She is the clinical director of Bing’s Natural Health. She possesses a breadth and depth of knowledge and experience in healthcare.
My Story
Alice’s journey in healthcare traverses western medicine (microbiology, genetics) and eastern medicine (shiatsu, acupuncture and chinese medicine), plus body movement and alignment strategies from many yoga and dance classes along the way.
STRENGTHS
Alice is passionate about letting the world in on the secret that acupuncture and chinese medicine are amazing for improving, and maintaining your lifelong holistic health and well-being.
She is a bit of a nerd and naturally curious; she routinely reads research articles and studies that involve acupuncture for different health issues.
In the treatment room, Alice uses:
-
the knowledge gained from her previous career as a medical scientist to help you understand your health better
- stretches and gentle body movements to enhance your sessions
- understanding of body movement, body alignment and body structures for improving body posture, to minimise or counteract the effects of daily habits (like being hunched over a keyboard)
-
dietary and lifestyle advice for your self-care at home
-
acupuncture, chinese medicine and other techniques
