I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years. I facilitate the exploration of the inner landscape of the psyche, both in the conscious and unconscious forms through the body, mind and soul. The psyche is like a house with many rooms and many parts, and l walk with you in rooms both known and unknown to assist in you finding your own unique resolutions.
My Story
My work is informed by a variety of trainings over the years. Initially Soul Centred Psychotherapy and more recently Internal Family Systems (IFS). My interests and professional development also include other skills such as Dream work (Jung), EFT and Hypnosis.
Primarily l see adults and young people over a range of issues. Including Anxiety, Trauma and relational dynamics. And states causing emotional dysregulation, alongside belief systems that can create repetitive life experiences.
